How much is shipping and when should I expect my package?

Shipping is free on orders above £30 with code FREESHIPPING. On all other orders, shipping is £2.95. As each product is pressed to order, please allow a turnaround time of 5-10 working days. In some cases turnaround time will be quicker, and if you have a special deadline we are happy to try and meet this for you. Orders are then posted with Royal Mail.

I want more letters on my product than I can add, what should I do?

Get in touch with us through our Custom Order Request Form and we’ll be happy to see if we can make it work!

What type of payments do you accept?

The site accepts credit and debit card payments and Apple Pay.

Is there a shipping discount if I make a larger order?

We’re pleased to offer all orders over £30 free shipping - just add the discount code FREESHIPPING at the checkout.

Will my order fit through the letter box?

This will very much depend on the type and size of product you’ve ordered. If you’re not sure, just get in touch.

Will my order be gift wrapped?

All items are individually wrapped in tissue paper and if you are gifting to someone else, we will include stickers for you to rewrap your gift. If your order is a gift being sent directly to the recipient, just let us know and we won’t include any order documentation.

When should I place my order to ensure I receive my products before Christmas?

The last date to place your order to ensure it arrives before Christmas is Monday 13th December 2021. If you are local to Sheffield and are able to collect, we may consider taking slightly later orders, but please get in touch to discuss.

How many letters can fit on a Mini People Bag?

We usually advise up to 6 letters depending on the characters chosen. However, in some cases we can fit longer names. Just ask us!

What’s the difference between foil and ‘just pressed’?

You can choose between gold or silver foil, but bear in mind that we usually like to match the foil colour to any metal work on the product. Just pressed is where the lettering is embossed onto the material without any colour. Please also note that some materials can only be just pressed.

Do you offer collaborations?

Will my personal information be shared with anyone?
